Training Camps provide men and women an opportunity to experience the same training philosophy and environment as our athletes, even though their goals may be fitness and general health. Clients are trained in a group under the supervision of our Strength and Conditioning coaches, focusing on strength, high intensity, cardiovascular, flexibility and core training. Training Camps emphasize accountability and all clients are held accountable for their successes. You will receive the same philosophy, training methods and dedication that our athlete clients receive. The Training Camps are a fun, unique way for you to increase your energy levels and look and feel better.
POWER CAMP Intermediate, Advanced Power Camp I is designed for athletes wanting to learn Olympic Lifts. This camp prepares the athlete to go from the weight room to the playing field without losing a step by implementing the triple extension movements and other explosive exercises. This camp will enable the athlete to apply the greatest amount of their maximal strength in the shortest period of time with the implementation of post-activation potentiation, plyometrics, chain squatting, and other quick movements. BIGGEST LOSER CAMP! Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Looking for something different in your training? Want to lose weight? This workout offers the same "boot camp" style exercise as the television show ‘The Biggest Loser.’ This camp is designed to burn fat and build metabolism-boosting muscle with high intensity intervals. Plyometrics and other athletic drills are used as a part of your fun, fat-burning workout! |
