Conditioned by Kelly Tekin is committed to helping athletes reach their goals through the acute responses and chronic adaptations of the body to the stresses of exercise by implementing periodized training programs with proper nutrition and supplementation resulting in optimal health and performance. Conditioned by Kelly Tekin provides sport-specific performance training by degreed and certified sport performance coaches and trainers. Sports performance training programs provide each athlete the opportunity to enhance speed, power, multi-directional quickness, conditioning, and flexibility through a combination of strength training, tread sled training and plyometric/agility work. These 60-minute sessions are designed specifically for the individual athlete's needs offering the individualized instruction necessary to improve performance.
