Kelly Ann Tekin, M.S. Owner/Trainer, Conditioned by Kelly Tekin

Kelly is a Ph.D. candidate in Exercise Science at the University of New Mexico and is a national presenter and published author. Ms. Tekin is committed to achieving excellence in the field of fitness training and athletic performance. Specializing in performance enhancement and program development, Kelly has helped countless individuals and athletes reach their goals through sound scientific training and nutrition.

As a national caliber bodybuilder and former professional soccer player, Ms. Tekin utilizes personal experience as an athlete in combination with the advanced theories of exercise and sports sciences and principles of modern strength and conditioning systems. Ms. Tekin is available to develop a physical preparation program to take your training and development to a new level while providing the motivation necessary to achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle.

As a national caliber female bodybuilder and health and training expert, Kelly Tekin is devoted to using cutting edge training methods, exercise/sport nutrition, and supplement research to attain measurable health and performance results. Kelly applies the latest research and training techniques in her personal training and program design providing continuous personal care to each client.  She has been involved in enhancing health and human performance for almost ten years.  As an expert on effective diet and supplementation, Kelly is available for performance and nutrition consulting in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  She also is available online for virtual personal training, and exercise/sport nutrition consulting.

The mission of Conditioned by Kelly Tekin is to glorify God in helping each person reach his or her individual goals through the acute responses and chronic adaptations of the body to the stresses of exercise through periodized training programs and proper nutrition and supplementation resulting in optimal health and a fit body.
