KELLY TEKIN, M.S.,
C.S.C.S.
Kelly received her
Masters Degree from the University of New Mexico in exercise Science and has
been committed to achieving excellence in the field of fitness training and
athletic performance. Specializing in sport-specific performance enhancement
and program development, she has helped countless athletes reach their goals
through sound scientific training and nutrition. As a national-level
bodybuilding competitor and former professional soccer player of Germany,
Ms. Tekin utilizes personal experience as an athlete in combination with the
advanced theories of Exercise and Sports Sciences and principles of modern
strength and conditioning systems.

JAMES HARRIS,
B.A., C.S.C.S.
James comes to us from Coe College in Iowa, where he
majored in Physical Education with emphasis in Strength and Conditioning.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Mr. Harris excels in
working with athletes in speed work and plyometric training. He played
football for Coe College and greatly enjoys teaching Olympic lifts and
coaching speed and explosive skills. |

JAYE EVANS, B.S. (c),
R.Y.P., C.P.T
Jaye is originally from Dallas, where
she was a Track and Field athlete of elite status. Regarded as a dynamic,
versatile performance coach, Ms. Evans has vast experience in Aqua Fitness,
Spinning, Pilates, Yoga, Core Muscle Conditioning, and Athletic stretch
Therapy. As she excels in proper running mechanics and speed development,
she also thoroughly enjoys directing Pre-Natal fitness.

Steven is originally from Albuquerque but graduated
from NMSU with a degree in Kinesilogy. His
background is soccer and track and field. Mr.
Howrath is also a lifeguard and has competed in
triathlons. He worked with a variety of young
athletes in the Special Olympics.

Jason’s background is in football and track and
field. He is currently a national level bodybuilder. Mr.
Borrego enjoys teaching training variation, muscle
isolation and healthy lifestyles.
