Our Youth Summer Camp sessions are at the same time as our Adult sessions. This makes it very convenient for parents working out at the same time as their kids. The Youth summer sessions are designed for movement training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed development, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper weight training techniques, and functional strength training. Athletes are closely supervised and attention is always paid to proper technique and safety. The workout consists of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique. Students learn the basic of nutrition and how it relates to optimal performance.


Training Camp Cost


Super Youth Camp (ages 3-6)

This camp is great for getting younger children excited about fitness and activity and eating the right foods! This camp is 30 minutes and a parent may stay during the session. We ask that the parent sits at the front while the child is training. Space is limited.
